My Wedding Photography Style

Here's a brief overview of my approach to wedding photography.

My style of wedding photography is mostly to document what’s going on in an unobtrusive way – look for those little moments to tell the story of your wedding day.

It’s your wedding day, not a photo shoot. I operate as a reportage documentary photographer. I try and blend into the background and capture moments as they happen naturally, not contrived. I tell the story of your wedding day in photographs from morning preparations through to the wedding reception.

I'm also happy to take a few of the traditional group shots of your guests and family if required. After all you've got them all together for your big day and these types of photos have stood the test of time for a reason. We try not to do too many of these though as we don't want to spoil the flow of your day.

We'll go over all the details of your wedding day together in advance to make sure we’ve agreed what’s needed, so that any particular pictures you may have in mind are included.
